Jigme 24, Bodhnath, Nepal

Jigme is from Amdo Province in Tibet, where he had been imprisoned five months for putting up posters protesting the high taxes on farmers' crops. Passing over the Nepalese border at night, he was caught by border guards, who robbed him before letting him go. He was on his way to Dharamsala where he hopes to pursue his education.
