Its time for celebrating! photokunst’s Barbara Cox joined curator Jeanne Adams, and photographers Ernest H. Brooks and Dorothy Kerper Monnelly at The Mariners’ Museum for the inaugural FRAGILE WATERS opening celebrations. The first reviews are in and the exhibition installation is described as “stunning with great flow!”
Thursday 5/30 evening’s Members preview reception provided opportunities for visitors to meet Jeanne, Ernie and Dorothy, but more are upcoming:

Gallery talks with the photographers and the exhibition curator will begin at 1 p.m. Bring the whole family and make your own photo album from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Opening activities are free for members and free with admission for non-members.

Trail Photo Walk and Gallery Tour with Dorothy Kerper Monnelly
Participants will take to the Noland Trail as they explore photo spots in The Mariners’ Park. Walk will begin at 9 am with a gallery tour at 11am. Reservations required.
Wednesday, July 24 at 7 pm
Lecture with Ernest H. Brooks II
Museum lobby. The lecture is free and open to the public. Galleries/exhibitions will not be open during the lecture.
